Be Well: Our mental health and wellbeing group
Be Well is now every Monday 9:00 – 10:00
With so many changes, rules and different difficulties everyone is facing, it couldn’t be a more important time to care for everyone’s mental health, including our own.
That’s why we’re starting: Be Well!
It’s our new weekly parent group where we’ll get together, have a cuppa and talk about mental health and wellbeing.
This new safe space will be open to all our parents. You’ll join me, Mrs Watkiss for a lovely chat where we’ll share information and our own experiences.
Mrs Watkiss – Deputy Headteacher
What will we talk about?
We’ll start with the basics around what is mental health and how things can affect our wellbeing. Then investigate other topics like learning about positive mental help and how we can support our children and others with their mental health and wellbeing.
In all these topics we’ll be able to chat about events and organisations around our community that can support too.
If you’ve got any questions about Be Well, please ask the next time you’re in.
Monday – 9:00 – 10:00
I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone!
