This week, our KS2 children have been exploring what their future careers might be. Miss Sladden organised a full week timetable of activities, including a 'Guess the job' session where visitors from lots of different industries came in to meet them.

They have even submitted applications and been interviewed by our governors for roles in school. Two children were 'appointed' to leadership roles and spent the day shadowing our Headteacher, Mrs Watkiss.

We also had a Careers Fair, where we invited our parents and members of the community to come and meet with employers, who had filled our Hall with their stalls and even freebies with their company branding!

Children completed a Careers Journal during the week, to document their journey and their own aspirations for the future.
