At Beckfield, Christmas is a special time of year. 

We started the month of December off with children decorating the Christmas Tree ready for our Christmas Fair on the 5th! 

The fair was packed with people playing the tombola, guessing the name of the elf, guessing the weight of the Christmas cake, buying raffle tickets, enjoying some hot food from the kitchen and writing letters to Santa!

Children were involved in all sorts of festive activities during December, including visiting the local Church to hear the Christmas story, singing carols at the Tyersal Club and Morrisons, and performing for their parents in the nativities and the Christmas Show. 

They all did such an amazing job and they were a delight to watch. 

Our Year 3 and 4 children were super lucky as they got to see a performance of Aladdin at the Ice Rink!

During the final week, we all watched a Pantomime - Jack and the Beanstalk - and we visited the Co-op shop inside the special Grotto!

We had a wonderful time and we can't wait to do it all again next year!
